1. All classes must be paid for before commencement of your course. There are no exceptions to this rule.
2. No refunds may be given once you have paid. The class will always go ahead and therefore it is up to you to ensure your commitment is never questioned.
3. You may not pass any remaining lessons to another person for any reasons.
4. All persons taking part in the dance courses do so at there own risk (if you have a medical condition or mental health challenge, you should ask your doctor for guidance) .
5. It is possible that the instructor of particular class may change from time to time.
6. If for whatever reason a class may not go ahead , A.I.M. DTL will run another class at no extra cost to the person who had paid. If you paid for 10 classes then you will receive 10 classes.
7. The correct/appropriate clothes must be worn at all times. All clothing that you bring is your responsibility.
8. If for whatever reason you find discomfort with the class and fill unwell please notify the instructor immediately.
   

The rules and regulations are in place to ensure all attendees are treated with the same respect and professionalism from the instructor and that no exceptions are made for 1 individual. The rules are also in place for the comfort and safety of all attending as well as the comfort for the instructor to teach the class.
